Change in number of shares and votes in Capio

As a result of the bonus issue and the new share issue carried out by Capio AB (publ) in connection with the recent initial public offering, the number of shares and votes in the company has increased by 63,879,461 since the first day of trading on Nasdaq Stockholm.

As at July 31, 2015, there are in total 141,159,661 shares and votes in Capio AB (publ).
