Capio acquires Marsh Health in UK Capio AB is strengthening its position in the occupational healthcare sector in England through the acquisition of 100% of the shares in Marsh Health Limited (MHL), the third largest occupational healthcare company in UK. Capio will be taking possession immediately. This is an important step in the creation of a pan European player within occupational healthcare. MHL will co-operate closely with AB Previa.
