Cash offer by Capio for Community Hospitals Group - unconditional in all respects Capio declares the cash offer for Community Hospitals Group, CHG, unconditional in all respects, all conditions having been satisfied or waived. The Offer, which is subject to the conditions set out in the Offer Document will remain open for acceptance until further notice. Capio had at 3.00 p.m. on 24 May 2001 received valid acceptances in respect of 25,565,871 Community Hospitals Group Shares, representing 71.86 per cent of the existing issued share capital of CHG. In addition, Capio has acquired a total of 4,201,403 CHG Shares through market purchases, representing 11.81 per cent. of the existing issued share capital of CHG. Accordingly on 24 May 2001 Capio therefore owned or had received valid acceptances in respect of 29,767,274 CHG Shares, representing 83.67 per cent. of the existing issued share capital of CHG.
