Warrant programme for employees at Capio In September 2000, all employees in the Capio group were offered to purchase warrants. A total of 2,067,800 warrants were applied for, i.e. 64 per cent of the total number of 3,240,000 warrants. Each warrant entitles the holder to acquire one share of Capio for SEK 50 during the period 2 December 2002 - 31 May 2004. The price for a warrant was SEK 6. "- The fact that 1,700 persons have signed up is good news as for several it was the first time they got the opportunity of participating in a warrant programme", says Martin Svalstedt, Executive Vice President and CFO of Capio.
