There has been no breach of a reportable percentage threshold since the last notification submitted in April 2024. In this time the aggregated position has decreased from 38.79% to 38.60%. This submission relates to a change in beneficial ownership in a significant number of shares (87,706) from one of Castlefield’s discretionary accounts to the Castlefield Portfolio Growth Fund.
