Capsol Technologies ASA: Mandatory notification of trade

Oslo, Norway – September 3, 2024


Oppkuven AS, a company closely associated to Endre O. Sund (chairman), has on
September 2, 2024, transferred all of its 1,844,136 shares in Capsol
Technologies ASA to Alphecca AS. The transfer was made as part of a group
company reorganization of Oppkuven AS into Alphecca AS. Alphecca AS is a company
wholly-owned by Endre O. Sund’s son, Tharald Sund Fongaard. The transfer was
made at NOK 13.30 per share, equal to the last traded price on September 2,
2024. After this, Endre O. Sund does not hold any shares in Capsol Technologies
ASA.
