Capsol Technologies ASA: New share capital registered

Oslo, Norway - August 23, 2024


Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement published by Capsol
Technologies ASA (the "Company") on August 14, 2024, regarding the issue of new
shares following the exercise of share options in the Company.

The share capital increase pertaining to the issuance of 110,000 new shares in
the Company has now been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business
Enterprises (Nw. Foretaksregisteret).

The Company’s new registered share capital is NOK 31,449,334.5 divided into
62,898,669 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 0.5.
