CO2 Capsol AS: New share capital registered

Reference is made to CO2 Capsol AS’ (“CO2 Capsol" or the "Company") stock
exchange announcement published on 11 August 2022 regarding the Board of
Director's resolution to increase the Company's share capital pursuant to the
board authorization granted by the Company's general meeting held on 22 April
2022.

The increase of capital has now been registered with the Norwegian Register of
Business Enterprises (Nw. Foretaksregisteret). The new share capital of the
Company is NOK 53,533,395, divided into 53,533,395 shares, each with a par value
of NOK 1. Each share carries one vote.

Following registration of the new shares in the Norwegian Central Securities
Depository (VPS), the new shares will be delivered and listed on Euronext Growth
Oslo.
