CARDIFF AVIATION SIGNS MoU TO MANAGE NATIONAL CARRIER FOR DJIBOUTI

21 May 2015Cardiff Aviation has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Air Djibouti to create and implement a national carrier for the East African nation of Djibouti.
