World-class engineering and technology leader joins Cardo Health, on its mission to improve the health of millions of people in emerging markets

Rehman Adil is joining Cardo Health as co-founder and CTO. He has ~2 decades of experience in product engineering and technology roles with the last 5 years at McKinsey Digital, London in the roles of Expert Associate Partner and client CTO.
Rehman brings vast experience in building international and multi-country platforms, cloud-native architectures, solution design, delivery, and operations. He has built greenfield IT stacks from the ground up and scaled them over a million in the first year with raving customer feedback. In the last 5 years, he led the architecture and delivery of IT platforms for three digital ventures and served a number of McKinsey clients in emerging markets including Indonesia, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, Chile, and China.
Rehman is passionate about how technology can transform millions of peoples’ lives by leapfrogging healthcare standards in terms of quality, accessibility, and affordability through integrated end-user experience, automation, and artificial intelligence.
Prior to joining McKinsey, Rehman led product engineering teams at Deutsche Telekom and Ericsson and built highly scalable platforms in a number of areas including mobile payments, enterprise unified communication, IPTV, and data analytics. He holds a master’s degree in software engineering from KTH University, Stockholm. Rehman is based out of the UK and lives with his wife and three children.
