Ahead of Cardo AB's annual general meeting

The annual general meeting will be held on Monday, April 10 2000 at 5 pm at Storan, Malmö Musikteater, Östra Rönneholmsvägen 20, Malmö, Sweden.

An agenda containing the matters that are proposed to be brought before the general meeting is included in the official notice to attend the meeting, which will be published on March 10 in the newspaper Post- och Inrikes Tidningar and on March 11 in the newspapers Svenska Dagbladet, Sydsvenska Dagbladet, Göteborgs-Posten and Finanstidningen.
