Ahead of Cardo AB's annual general meeting

The annual general meeting will be held on Monday, April 7 2003 at 5 pm at Storan, Malmö Opera och Musikteater, Östra Rönneholmsvägen 20, Malmö, Sweden.

An agenda containing the matters that are proposed to be brought before the general meeting is included in the official notice to attend the meeting, which will be published on February 28 in the newspaper Post- och Inrikes Tidningar and on March 1 in the newspapers Göteborgs-Posten, Svenska Dagbladet and Sydsvenska Dagbladet.
