Cardo sells shares in Tebel On December 31, 1999, Cardo sold its shareholding in the Dutch company Transferia Holding BV (Tebel), which manufactures train doors. The buyer is the Austrian company IFE-AG, one of the leading manufacturers of automatic door systems for railcars and buses. The shareholding in Tebel was subject to a write-down in the 1998 financial statements. The purchase price is equivalent to the book value, and Cardo group earnings after financial items for 1999 are therefore not affected by the sale.
