NEW CFO AT CARDO

Ulf Liljedahl has been appointed as new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with responsibility for the group’s joint Finance & Treasury function.

Ulf Liljedahl has spent most of his previous career at Alfa Laval, most recently as Vice President Finance for Alfa Laval’s Process Technology Division, which is one of two sales divisions. In parallel with this, he has held a post as President of Alfa Laval Copenhagen A/S since 2003.

Ulf Liljedahl will be a member of Cardo’s group management team and will take up his post on August 1 2007.
