The election committee’s proposal for board of Cardo

Cardo’s election committee proposes that the annual general meeting re-elect the following members of the board of directors: Fredrik Lundberg, who is also proposed for re-election as Chairman of the Board, Tuve Johanneson, Berthold Lindquist, Carina Malmgren Heander, Lennart Nilsson, Bengt Pettersson and Anders Rydin.
