Kaupthing Bank will not exercise over-allotment option

Kaupthing Bank has given notice that they will not exercise their over-allotment option of 400,000 shares in connection with the initial public offering. The total amount of shares in LinkMed amounts to 8,721,985 after completion of the offering.
