Okee Williams new portfolio manager

LinkMed is strengthening its organization with the recruitment of Okee Williams to a newly established position as portfolio manager.

Williams will primarily work with value driving factors at LinkMed and its portfolio companies, evaluating new investment opportunities and strengthening the team regarding financing and exit issues. Williams will take up his new position on November 12, 2007.

Williams joins LinkMed from Elekta, where he worked with business intelligence, corporate communications and investor relations. Williams began his career at the Boston Consulting Group and thereafter worked as a healthcare stock analyst at the Carnegie investment bank, as well as a strategy and management consultant. He has a Master of Science degree in biochemistry and studied business administration.
