Careium welcomes Q Technology Group as a shareholder

Careium welcomes Hong-Kong based Q Technology Group (Q-tech) as a new shareholder following the share purchases from Accendo Capital on January 15, 2024. Q-tech acquired 5.0% of Careium’s total share capital. Q-tech, listed on the Hong Kong stock exchange, is a market leader in innovative electronics working with a number of large-scale Western and Asian technology companies as customers. Q-tech acquired the shares at an average price of 26.50 SEK per share.

Following the changes to ownership structure, Cidro Förvaltning AB is the largest shareholder in Careium with 15.6% of the shares followed by Accendo Capital at 12.1% and Nordea Nordic Small Cap Fund at 11.5%.
