Carnegie best in Europe for Nordic equity research and brokerage- Tops the industry’s most extensive survey
Carnegie is top ranked following over 1 million votes from almost 20,000 global investment professionals in a survey of European finance houses. Carnegie has been named the best research house for Nordic equities, and also dominates the list of best individual analysts. This was revealed by the financial industry’s most extensive survey, Extel 2016, presented today.
In recent years, Carnegie has been top-ranked in all its areas of operation, both in the Nordic region and in European surveys. There was further confirmation today of the investment bank’s expertise in Nordic equities and its brokerage capabilities, when voting in the industry’s most extensive survey, Extel 2016, was compiled from 82 countries. Carnegie is ranked number one in Nordic equity research and has eight of the 16 highest ranked individual analysts, with Carnegie’s Lars Topholm at the head of the list. Global investors also voted Carnegie as the Nordic number one in equity sales.
“This is a great recognition. It demonstrates that our clients both understand and appreciate our knowledge of Nordic equities and companies, and how they value our brokerage capability,” says Carnegie’s CEO Björn Jansson.
