Carnegie was ranked number 1 in the 2013 Corporate Finance ranking for the Danish market. The assessment was performed by the market research institute TNS Sifo Prospera.

The ranking is a collective assessment of a number of competences in corporate finance, such as advisory in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), equity capital markets transactions (ECM) and initial public offerings (IPO).

“We are honoured that our clients once again have ranked us as the best advisor in the Danish market. Carnegie has a broad offering and a strong team, with individuals that take responsibility and are 100% dedicated to each transaction. We are strong in both M&A and equity capital markets transactions – and we have an excellent cooperation internally as well as with all the other key entities in Carnegie Denmark and internationally,” says Jacob Bastholm Head of Investment Banking Denmark.

The survey is conducted every second year and based on 60 interviews with CEOs, CFOs and partner companies that have used advisory services over the most recent 24-month period in Denmark. In total, 20 investment banks were evaluated during the period from 27 June-18 November 2013.
