- Top customer approval for fourth consecutive year!

For the fourth consecutive year, Carnegie tops the ranking of Nordic corporate transaction advisors. This is according to the latest Kantar Sifo Prospera customer survey, published on Friday.

Nordic companies that have used advisory services in connection with capital market transactions, mergers, acquisitions or divestments have again expressed the highest confidence in Carnegie among the market’s providers, according to the Kantar Sifo Prospera customer survey for 2019.

This is the fourth consecutive year that the investment bank has defended its overall leading position among financial advisors, at the top of the rankings in equity capital market transactions (ECM) and with a leading position in mergers and acquisitions (M&A).

“A favourable business climate has stimulated the transaction market throughout the Nordic region during 2019. For Carnegie, this has meant we have gained even more experience. We have been involved in a large number of equity market transactions spread across our Nordic operations, and are experiencing strong growth in mergers and acquisitions,” says Ulf Vucetic, Head of Investment Banking.

The result of the market survey shows the same strong customer confidence in Sweden, where Carnegie is most valued overall, and within equity capital market transactions (ECM) and in mergers and acquisitions (M&A).

“The Swedish market for corporate transactions has been very active during the year, and we have gained the trust of customers to participate in many of these. The customer survey shows that we have managed that trust well,” says Tony Elofsson, Head of Investment Banking Sweden.

The Kantar Sifo Prospera customer survey is conducted annually and includes assessment criteria such as market position, capacity, understanding of companies and markets as well as execution and expertise.
