Change in the Board of Directors of D. Carnegie & Co AB

Catharina Lagerstam has informed the Board of Directors and Chairman of the Nomination Committee that she has decided to step down from her position on the Board of Directors of D. Carnegie & Co AB.
Please note that D. Carnegie & Co AB is a listed company on the OMX Nordic Exchange, in distinction to the company Carnegie Investment Bank AB which is fully owned by the Swedish Government through the Swedish National Debt Office.
