Issue of new shares in D. Carnegie & Co AB (publ)

In accordance with Carnegie’s 2004/2007 warrant programme, 100,400 shares have been issued at SEK 101 per share, with net proceeds of SEK 10,140,400. The remaining 2,271,100 warrants under the 2004/2007 programme expire on 27 April 2007. Following above mentioned issues, the total number of shares outstanding amounts to 69,230,500.
