Issue of new shares in D. Carnegie & Co AB (publ)

In accordance with Carnegie’s 2004/2007 warrant programme, 294,570 shares have been issued at SEK 101 per share, with net proceeds of SEK 29,751,570. The remaining 1,976,530 warrants under the 2004/2007 programme expire on 27 April 2007.

Following above mentioned issues, the total number of shares outstanding amounts to 69,525,070.
