Nordic companies rank Carnegie as top Nordic advisor

In a comparison of financial advisors for corporate transactions, the companies themselves rank Carnegie highest among all Nordic providers. This is according to TNS Sifo Prospera's latest survey of financial advisors in the Nordic market.

The survey is conducted annually and is based on 223 interviews with companies that have used advisory services for mergers, acquisitions or other capital market transactions. The evaluation criteria include market position, perceived capacity and capability, understanding of businesses and markets, as well as expertise and implementation.

"We have a long tradition as a Nordic investment bank and have always had a leading position in the market. During a period with a favourable market environment for corporate transactions we have done a good job of cultivating the trust that we have earned, and it is gratifying to see that our clients appreciate our work," says Lars-Erik Sjöberg, Head of Carnegie's Swedish investment banking operations.

In this year's TNS Sifo Prospera survey, Carnegie tops the overall ranking among Nordic providers in the Nordic market. In terms of local markets, Carnegie is ranked number one in the Danish market overall and is also ranked number one for capital market transactions in the Swedish market
