Placing of shares in Cloetta AB

Nordic Capital Fund V (“Nordic Capital”) and funds advised by CVC Capital Partners (“CVC”) have through their holding companies Cidron Pord S.A.R.L and Godis Holding S.A.R.L retained Carnegie Investment Bank and Handelsbanken Capital Markets to evaluate a placing of class B shares in Cloetta AB.
In the event of a transaction, the price will be determined by means of an accelerated book-built offering to a limited number of Swedish and international institutional investors.
