SALE OF SHARES IN BYGGHEMMA GROUP FIRST AB (PUBL)

Builder IV Holdings Limited, Builder V Holdings Limited and FSN Capital Project Growth GP Limited (together, the “FSN Capital Shareholders”)[1] have sold in total 10,736,842 shares in Bygghemma Group First AB (publ) (“Bygghemma”), representing approximately 10% of the total number of shares and votes in Bygghemma, through an accelerated book-building process to Swedish and international institutional investors at a price of SEK 69 per share (the “Share Sale”).

Following the Share Sale, the FSN Capital Shareholders owns 20,437,011 shares in Bygghemma, representing approximately 19% of the total number of shares and votes in Bygghemma.

In line with market practice, FSN Capital Shareholders have agreed to a lock-up undertaking in relation to their remaining shares in Bygghemma, until the next interim report, which is expected to be published on or about 23 April 2020.

Carnegie Investment Bank AB (publ) acted as global coordinator and sole bookrunner in connection with the Share Sale.
