Castellum appoints Business Area Manager in Helsinki

Henrik Stadigh has been recruited for a newly created position as Business Area Manager for Castellum in Helsinki. Henrik arrives most recently from his role as Senior Vice President at the Sponda real estate company. Henrik Stadigh comes to Castellum with extensive experience from several management posts within the real estate sector, including senior management roles for Business Areas within the shopping-centre and real-estate-fund sectors.

As Business Area Manager for Castellum in Helsinki, Henrik will be responsible for further establishing Castellum operations in the country, with a primary focus on building up a local organization in Helsinki and developing the Finnish portfolio.

Castellum first entered the Finnish real estate market in June, 2018, when the Salmisaarenaaukio 1 office building in the Ruoholahti business area was acquired from Skandia Fastigheter.

Henrik Stadigh will assume his new duties on March 18, 2019.
