Castellum appoints Erika Olsén as CIO
Erika Olsén, with solid experience from both international and Swedish real estate markets, has been appointed CIO (Chief Investment Officer) of Castellum AB (publ). The post is newly created, and Olsén will be responsible for the company’s overall investment strategy and for major transactions – a role currently held by CEO Henrik Saxborn. She will take office on November 9 and will be part of Castellum’s Executive Group Management.
In 2000, Erika Olsén left the Royal Institute of Technology as a graduate engineer in land surveying, focusing on construction and real estate economics. Subsequently, she has been a Partner of Tenzing and Associate Director of JLL in London.

During the year – to create even more density and quality in the portfolio – Castellum has net invested SEKm 2,412 of which SEKm 2,691 were acquisitions, new constructions, extensions and reconstructions and SEKm 279 were sales.
