Welcome Mohammad "Mo" Ali, our new Account Manager – Sustainable Energy
Catator welcomes Mohammad "Mo" Ali as our new Account Manager – Sustainable Energy. With more than 15 years of experience in international OEM sales of complex technical solutions, Mohammad brings a proven track record of building strategic customer partnerships and translating advanced technical solutions into clear customer value across the industrial, materials, and sustainable technology sectors.
Mohammad joins Catator from Stena Recycling, where he managed strategic key accounts across automotive OEMs and battery materials. He led complex RFQ processes and contract negotiations for strategic battery projects and developed long-term partnerships across OEMs & the battery value chain. Earlier in his career, he held business development and commercial leadership roles at RISE, Stora Enso, IKEA, and Borealis, working across advanced materials, biomaterials, and sustainable sourcing. He holds a Master's degree in Materials Science and Engineering from KTH and pursued doctoral research in the same field at Linköping University.
In his new role, Mohammad will be responsible for developing and managing long-term customer relationships within Catator's sustainable energy business, identifying new opportunities, and supporting projects from early concept through execution. He will work closely with internal teams to present technical and commercial solutions and act as the primary link between customers and Catator.
