Arvid Lindqvist new head of research at Catella's property advisory services in Sweden
Catella has recruited Arvid Lindqvist as head of research at its property advisory services in Stockholm. Arvid joins Catella from a role as chief economist at Newsec's research department.
"Catella's strong position in property advisory services and capital market related property transactions is based on profound market knowledge, and the research function is central to this. We are very pleased that Arvid, who is a profile in the industry, will head our research department," says Johan Ericsson, head of Swedish property advisory services.
Arvid Lindqvist will take up his position as head of research in January 2015. He joins from the role of chief economist at Newsec, where he has worked since the spring of 2008. He has a master's in economics and at Newsec has was responsible for the macroeconomic and property finance forecasts for the Nordics and Baltics. He was also responsible for the production of the Newsec Property Outlook market report.
Catella’s property advisory services comprise three service areas: Sales and Acquisitions, Capital Markets and Strategy and Analysis.
