Catella advisor in Mandatum Life’s sale of residential portfolio in Finland

Catella was advisor to Mandatum Life in the sale of residential portfolio in Lahti. The portfolio consists of 114 leased apartments.

The buyer is a private investor. New owner will continue of developing and letting the apartments.

Catella acted as advisor to the seller in the process.
