Catella advisor in sale of property portfolio in Jyväskylä area in Finland

City Kauppapaikat Oy has sold a property portfolio consisting four retail properties located in Jyväskylä area. Shopping centre Torikeskus is situated in Jyväskylä CBD, two of the retail properties in Seppälä area and the shopping centre Forum in Jämsä. Catella acted as the seller’s advisor on the transaction.

The buyer Business Network Oy is a local real estate investor, which owns part of the shopping centre Torikeskus already. With concentrated ownership, it is easier to develop the shopping centre further.

The lettable area of the portfolio is approximately 24,500 sqm and the portfolio include tenants  such as Pukumies, Löytötex, Moda, Seppälä, Rosso, RTV and TOYS”R”US.
