Catella advisor in the investment project of Neste K – Service Station

NCC will construct the first new concept Neste K – Service Station in Masku. The investor of the property is Investment Fund UB Nordic Property.

The occupiers of the property are Neste and K-Group. The investment value of the project is approximately EUR 5.5 million.

The area of the new service station is going to be 1,200 sq.m. Construction of the service station will start in March and will be completed in December 2017.

In the future all service stations of K-Group will be totally renewed and will serve customers under the new Neste K – Service Station concept built by K-Group and Neste.

Catella acted as an advisor for Neste Markkinointi Oy in the process.
