Catella advisor to SRV in sale of Derby Business Park

Catella in Finland has advised SRV in the sale of the Derby Business Park office property to Niam. 

Derby Business Park is located in Leppävaara, Helsinki Metropolitan Area. The office property comprises three office towers and a parking facility. The property complex was completed last year and the tenants include, among others, Siemens Finland’s headquarters and SRV’s headquarters. Derby Business Park is close to fully let.

Derby Business Park has received the highest environmental certificate, LEED Platinum, and it is the first business property in Finland to operate using ground source heat.
