Catella expands its relationship with Moor Park Capital Partners

Catella Asset Management (former Amplion) continues to expand its relationship with Moor Park Capital Partners and certain overseas investors in administering real estate entities in Finland. 

Moor Park, acting on behalf of American investors, recently acquired four long-leased assets at Helsinki-Vantaa airport. All assets are fully leased by Finnair and the portfolio consists of a total area of approximately 60,000 sqm.

This is the second investment in Finland by Moor Park, following the acquisition of Tokmanni Oy’s 74,400 sqm headquarter and logistic property in 2014. Catella Asset Management co-operates with Moor Park on managing both investments.
