Catella expands the letting team in Berlin
Catella expands within property advisory services in Germany. The letting team in Berlin is strengthened by the recruitment of Katherine Weidlich, who is a proven specialist in the Berlin real estate market and has long-standing customer relationships.

Ms. Weidlich previously worked at developer Strauss & Partner. Among other letting deals she successfully let 20,000 sq.m. to Zalando GmbH last year on the project Hotel + Office Campus Berlin at the O² World. Previously, Ms. Weidlich was letting manager for Patrizia Immobilien Management GmbH for many years. She is a proven specialist in the Berlin real estate market and has long-standing customer relationships.
