Catella financial advisor to NP3, listed on Nasdaq Stockholm today
The shares of NP3 Fastigheter AB (publ.) are today beeing listed on Nasdaq Stockholm. In conjunction with the listing a rights issue was conducted of SEK 230 million, including an overallotment option of SEK 30 million. Catella has acted as financial advisor to NP3 during 2014 and has assisted with capital raising, acquisitions advice and the market listing.

In early 2014, NP3 and Catella together formulated a growth strategy with the goal to list the company on Nasdaq Stockholm by the end of 2014. The purpose of the listing and offering is to support NP3's continued expansion and development.
NP3 is a cash-flow oriented property company focused on high-yield commercial investment properties in northern Sweden. The listing prospectus was published on November 18 and the subscription period ended on 3 December 2014. Public trading on Nasdaq Stockholm will start raising today.
