Dr. Thomas Beyerle new Group Head of Research at Catella
Catella has appointed Dr. Thomas Beyerle as Group Head of Research. In this new role, Beyerle will work to expand Catella’s market research activities within the property advisory operations in Europe.
As Group Head of Research, Dr. Thomas Beyerle will have a cross-company role and work both globally with Catella’s 11-country property advisory operations, as well as with its property advisory division and its property fund operation unit in Germany. He also becomes Managing Director for the new subsidiary Catella Property Valuation GmbH. Dr. Beyerle takes up his new position today and will be based at the Catella office in Frankfurt.

Dr. Thomas Beyerle was most recently Managing Director and head of sustainability activities and research at IVG Immobilien AG. Prior to that position, he was Head of Global Research at Aberdeen Group. In addition, Dr. Beyerle has lectured in real estate analysis at university level for the last fifteen years, and is board member of GiF, German Property Research Association.
