Fredrik Brusewitz joins Catella Corporate Finance Sweden
Catella enhances its Swedish property advisory services with the recruitment of Fredrik Brusewitz to the capital markets team. Fredrik joins us from SEB Merchant Banking and has extensive experience in capital markets, with a particular focus on property.

Given his strong capital markets background with a focus on property, Fredrik is a tremendous asset for us. He will take a leading role in our capital markets team and will work on further developing our offering in property-related corporate finance,” says Robert Fonovich, Head of Catella Corporate Finance Sweden.
Fredrik starts at Catella in March next year, and will work in a senior commercial role within Catella’s capital markets team. He joins us from a role as sector head of property at SEB Debt Capital Markets, where he has worked for the past eight years. Prior to that, Fredrik was an analyst at Catella and a consultant within Financial Services at Deloitte.
“Catella recently conducted two large property-related capital markets projects. We acted as advisor to ICA Fastigheter in the formation of the new property company Secore Fastigheter, and we were the initiator and financial advisor in connection with the creation of the new property company Klockarbäcken Property Investment. Interest in investing in new property companies remains very strong, and we are currently working actively with a number of property-related capital markets projects in which Fredrik will have an important role,” says Robert Fonovich.
Corporate Finance at Catella provides transaction advisory services for sales and acquisitions to national and international investors in Europe, with a focus on complex transactions.
