Catella: The Düsseldorf office market continues its strong start of the year in the second quarter
In the first half of 2013, Catella has recorded a take-up of spaces of 162,060 sq.m. in NRW’s capital (city only, excluding suburbs). The second quarter’s letting performance summed up to considerable 83,360 sq.m. This represents an increase of 22 per cent compared to the same period in 2012.
