Catella acted as commercial advisor in Cerberus acquisition of a Finnish shopping centre portfolio from Citycon

Cerberus Capital Management LP, one of the world’s leading private investment firms, has entered Finnish property market by acquiring a 167 MEUR shopping centre portfolio from Citycon Plc. Catella Asset Management Oy assisted Cerberus in the transaction as the commercial advisor. Cerberus is keen to find further deals in Finland and in other Nordic countries.
