Today Catella AB (publ) held its extraordinary meeting at which the following resolutions were adopted:

  • approval of acquisition of shares in IPM Informed Portfolio Management B.V.
  • approval of amendment of terms and conditions for warrants in series 2014/2018:A, 2014/2019:B and 2014/2020:C.
