Catella Investments AB has today divested 1 475 000 A-shares in IBS AB (publ).

After the decrease, Catella Investments AB holds 2 999 180 B-shares in IBS AB (publ) corresponding to 3,6 percent of the capital and 2,7 percent of the voting rights.

Information about this change in ownership is also made public through the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority.
