New date for Scribona´s Annual General Meeting To enable PC LAN shareholders to register for Scribona´s Annual General Meeting and to receive dividends from Scribona in accordance with the voluntary offer made to PC LAN shareholders, Scribona has decided to move its Annual General Meeting to May 14, 2001. As previously announced, Scribona´s interim report on the first quarter of 2001 will be published on April 24, 2001.
