Scribona AB acquires 40% of Denmark's top web design agency, Proventum A/S Scribona AB has acquired 40% of the shares in the Danish web design agency Proventum A/S, based in Copenhagen. Proventum has attained a leading position in the web design market with the help of expertise in advanced system development, both in terms of processes and methods. Proventum's key products are business critical web applications, where user benefit is always in focus. The agency has more than 40 employees active in projects from large companies in both Denmark and Sweden. "Through direct involvement in Proventum, Scribona will widen its scope to continue offering customers market-leading electronic commerce solutions and speed up the rate of development", says Scribona's President, Örjan Håkanson.
