Scribona Computer Products AB is divesting Scribona Education Center to Informator Training Group, thereby pursuing the concentration of its computer products distribution activities. Scribona Education Center has been a leading player on the certification training market for Microsoft, Novell, Lotus and other software for several years. These activities employ ten people, generating annual sales of approximately SEK 20 m. "The training market is currently in consolidation; we think that transferring Scribona Education Center to Informator Training Group - a leader within IT training - is the right move." "We are simultaneously entering a strategic reseller agreement with Informator Training Group, and utilizing our leading position within network (e-) commerce, we will be able to provide a distinctly expanded selection of courses to our clients: around 6,000 resellers in the Nordic region," reports Lars Palm, President of Scribona Computer Products AB. Scribona Computer Products is the Nordic region's leading distributor of products and solutions in the IT sphere. The company currently supplies about 6,000 resellers in the Nordic region, the Baltic States and Northwestern Russia. Today, 30% of orders, corresponding to SEK 2.5 bn in sales, are placed electronically, making Scribona Computer Products the Nordic region's leading network (e-) commerce player.
