Scribona offers subscription warrants to senior executives The Board of Scribona AB has decided to propose that the Annual General Meeting resolve on an offer for some 45 senior executives in the Scribona Group to acquire subscription warrants in Scribona. The essence of the proposal is that a loan will be taken up in a maximum nominal amount of SEK 1,375,000 through the issue of promissory notes linked to options in a new issue of a maximum 550,000 class B shares in Scribona. Upon full conversion, this will entail a dilution of 1.6%. According to the proposal, the subscription warrants will be offered in blocks of 40,000, 20,000 and 10,000 per person. The motive for the proposal is to stimulate employee interest in the company's operations and earnings growth through a personal and long-term ownership stake.
