Scribona will continue to supply Alfaskop's customers with PC products Alfaskop's PC product customers will not be affected by Alfaskop's filing for bankruptcy, since Scribona will continue to handle logistics and customer service. As a consequence of Alfaskop's bankruptcy, Scribona will incur a loss of MSEK 13 on accounts receivable. However, since provisions for this amount have been made during previous quarters, the loss will not affect profit for the current or coming quarters. For the eventuality of bankruptcy in Alfaskop's subsidiaries, provisions of around MSEK 4 must be made for doubtful debts. Depending on Scribona's opportunities to guarantee continuation of the outsourcing agreement signed with Alfaskop in February 2000, the goodwill of MSEK 50.8 that was reported per 31 August may need to be reassessed in the current quarter. How Scribona's future sales volume to Alfaskop's customers will be affected is dependent on which future collaborative solution is chosen. Scribona took over Alfaskop's logistics operations in February 2000, which means that Scribona will handle products, logistics, customer service and sales administration. Scribona will be responsible for supplying products and invoicing Alfaskop's customers, which will ensure continuity in product supply and customer relations.
