Catella acts as adviser in SEK 900 million bond issue

Catella has acted as adviser and arranger for Sefyr Värme AB, the parent company of the district heating company Värmevärden AB.Sefyr Värme AB is issuing a senior secured note in excess of SEK 900 million, directed at selected Nordic institutional investors.
